Well, school has started again. I'm not exactly thrilled about that. Anyway, that's enough negative. I'm hanging around 230lbs. This must be my latest plateau. It could be that I'm finally starting to lose muscle mass. I definitely feel meatier, but I'll let you be the judge.

One of the questions that I get asked most is "How do I gain weight?"/"How do I get fat like you?". The simple answer is eat as much as you can, as often as you can. Eat until you are full, and then keep eating until it hurts a little. Stay stuffed as often as you can. This will throw off your metabolism and make you retain more fat. If you find that you don't want to gain anymore, you can reactivate your metabolism by doing cardio exercises for about 4-6 weeks.

  1. It makes such a big difference when pictures are taken with good lighting and well posed. Your belly is so impressive, especially lying down with that dark background!
Regarding that often posed question how to gain weight. I hope many wishful gainers read your advice. Gaining is not easy, it takes quite an effort to be successful. Your pictures prove that what you preach results in a great body.

  2. Well there are some tricks that gainers will use that you can experiment with. Skip breakfast, then eat a big lunch. (I usually go with pasta.) Then snack for the rest of the day on plenty of fattening cakes, chips, etc. Eat a late ample dinner close to bedtime. You digest during the evening with your metabolism naturally slows down almost to a hault. Hope that I've helped.
