Update




I know I don't post a lot on here. I just never know what to say. "Hi, I ate a lot today. Bye." just doesn't seem very interesting. lol.

That being said, I did eat a lot today. My mom noticed. She told me that I was being a "bottomless pit" today. I laughed at the comment and told her that her cooking was just so good. :)

I'm still hanging around 230 lbs, but I feel like I am bigger. I'll let you be the judge. I've recently had a mysterious disease that has left me with a lingering cough. My doctor has put me on an inhaler to try and get rid of it and so far, so good.

I've had a few requests to show my face or speak in some of my YouTube vids. I must decline. The reason for this is that my family has no clue that I am doing this. They are just clumsy enough on the internet to accidentally stumble across vids like these. I cannot afford for them to find out that I am doing this on purpose. Therefore, I will not show my face or speak in my vids.

Anyway, that's all I can think of to write at the moment.

Hello all!

Sorry for not posting anything recently. I've been really swamped with school work. I do not know exactly how much I weigh at the moment. My scale battery is dead. I am struggling to get into my 38 work slacks. Those nice white plaid shorts that I have made pictures in finally popped their button when I put them on last night.

I talked with an old friend of mine this past Friday. We got on the subject of how much we have changed over the years. She told me that I was far too scrawny in high school and I looked REALLY good now. I love it when people say that. :)

The Monopoly game at McDonalds is a great incentive to eat there more. :) I ate there twice today.

Well, school has started again. I'm not exactly thrilled about that. Anyway, that's enough negative. I'm hanging around 230lbs. This must be my latest plateau. It could be that I'm finally starting to lose muscle mass. I definitely feel meatier, but I'll let you be the judge.





One of the questions that I get asked most is "How do I gain weight?"/"How do I get fat like you?". The simple answer is eat as much as you can, as often as you can. Eat until you are full, and then keep eating until it hurts a little. Stay stuffed as often as you can. This will throw off your metabolism and make you retain more fat. If you find that you don't want to gain anymore, you can reactivate your metabolism by doing cardio exercises for about 4-6 weeks.

Chocolate Gravy

Chocolate Gravy

Combine
1 Cup Sugar
3-4 Tbsp. Cocoa (I use 4)
2 Tbsp. flour

Add just enough water to make a paste.

Now, add
1 cup milk
1/4 - 1/3 stick of butter
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Cook on medium-high until mixture is of gravy consistancy, stirring constantly.

Put this on your biscuits or toast. :)
